Clinical Nurse Coordinator IMCU Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at the Intermediate Care Unit. As a key member of our nursing care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit.
About the Role:
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for partnering with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This includes assisting with admission and discharge processes, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance and engagement, and supporting an unparalleled patient experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days of employment start date

Ambitious Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year
