Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) team. As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will provide direct patient care to critically ill patients on a cardiac, vascular, and procedural unit. Your expertise will be essential in creating and implementing individualized care plans that meet each patient's unique needs.

You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. With a focus on patient safety, quality outcomes, and excellent customer service, we strive to create a healing environment that promotes trust and confidence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients on the IMCU unit.
  • Create and implement individualized care plans that meet each patient's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) License in NH or valid Compact State License.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross).
  • Successful completion of Basic Arrhythmia within 3 months from hire.
  • PCCN Certification (preferred).
  • TNCC Certification (preferred).
  • TCAR Certification (preferred).
