Job Title: Professional Land Surveyor

Job Summary:

Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Professional Land Surveyor to lead our survey crew. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience and possess a strong understanding of surveying principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform construction stake out and calculations, boundary, ALTA and topo surveys
* Coordinate project requirements with team members
* Manage survey projects, maintain project budgets
* Prepare preliminary and final plats, legal descriptions, exhibits

Requirements:

* Professional Survey Licensure required or the ability to obtain licensure within six months
* Proficiency with GPS and Total Station
* Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
* Ability to manage/direct field crew
* Ability to prioritize and multitask with respect to projects, CAD/computer standards, etc.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Explorer, Word, Excel Outlook)
* Ability to work as a team player
* Possess organizational and communication skills
