Job Summary: We are seeking a Psychiatric Medicine Specialist to join our team of Psychiatrists and therapists providing outpatient care to patients with mental health conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with a large team of Psychiatrists and therapists to deliver comprehensive care
  • Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress

Requirements:

  • Board certification in Psychiatry or equivalent experience
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated salary range: $280,000 - $350,000 per year based on experience
  • Sign-on bonus of $40,000
  • Relocation assistance up to $10,000
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 403(b) retirement savings plan with employer matching contribution
