Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sales and Service Leader to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction in our Michigan-based agency. This role requires a strong background in sales, customer service, or related fields, along with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Salary: $500 signing bonus upon meeting licensing requirements, with a competitive salary range estimated at $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Present and sell insurance products and services to new and existing customers, focusing on building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Prospect and contact potential customers to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by leveraging CRM platforms and data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about product updates and promotions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and data analysis tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
