Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Franchise. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily oversight, coordination, and execution of our stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the management of store operations, including supervising team members, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel welcome and valued.
  3. Supervise the preparation and serving of food and beverages, ensuring that they meet our brand standards.
  4. Assist with scheduling, training, and development of team members.
  5. Monitor and control cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
  6. Assist with product management, including receiving and stocking inventory.
  7. Identify and address labor and food cost issues, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  8. Assist with scheduling labor, ensuring that positions are staffed when and as needed.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Ability to pass applicable Company background checks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and lead the team on duty.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
