Clinical Care Specialist

AspenRidge Recovery LLC is seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team. This role will involve delivering high-quality care to clients, working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to ensure a healthy virtual treatment community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in client-facing hours, conducting biopsychosocial assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical-behavioral therapy.
- Develop and maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring timely submission of required documents.
- Facilitate communication with family members and significant others, promoting client satisfaction and engagement.
- Participate in staffing meetings, providing clear case conceptualizations and contributing to team discussions.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or addiction studies.
- License in good standing in the state of Colorado (LPCC, LAC, CAS, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LPCC, MSW).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment:
- Office and clinical setting work environment.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, with occasional movement to access equipment or materials.
