  • Manage high volumes of inbound calls and make consistent outbound calls to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals.">
  • Assess customers' needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently.">
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents accurately.">
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management using excellent verbal and written skills.">
  • Multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet productivity expectations.">

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume call center environment, preferably in both inbound and outbound roles.">
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.">
  • Strong phone handling skills, active listening, and effective communication abilities.">
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).">
  • Proficient in typing, Microsoft Office, and ability to quickly learn new software.">
  • Flexibility with scheduling and work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.">
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and computer hardware.">

Compensation Package

$13.00-$15.00 per hour (dependent on experience and performance)
