Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with clients, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is essential for this role.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Establishing relationships with clients by communicating and resolving issues
- Responsible for order entry and/or maintenance for assigned accounts in the ERP system (PLEX)
- Reviewing plant delivery schedules versus requested dates and resolving any conflicts
- Communicating order confirmations, changes, and cancellations to both clients and internal teams
