We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Northwest Asthma and Allergy Center. As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with rooming patients, collecting vitals, and performing point-of-care testing associated with asthma and allergy care.
- Perform skin prick (scratch) and intradermal testing, patch testing, administering vaccines and allergy shots, and performing lung function testing (spirometry and FENO).
- Work with patients of all ages and provide empathetic and compassionate care.
- Collaborate with our team of award-winning Board-certified/eligible physicians and highly trained support staff to deliver patient-centered care.
- Current Washington State LPN or CMA license at the time of hire.
- Current Basic Life Support certification (CPR & First Aid cards).
- Self-motivation, empathy, and stellar interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Enthusiasm and desire to participate as a team member and gain a variety of technical skills.
- A competitive hourly wage of $24-$32.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- A 401(k) plan and profit-sharing program.
- 15 days of paid vacation per year (prorated in the first calendar year).
- Sick time - 1 hour accrued per 40 hours worked.
