Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
  • Master calendars and scheduling, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Understand the importance of deadlines and meeting expectations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database entry

Qualifications:

  • Ability to switch gears quickly and think on your feet
  • Follow instructions and understand the importance of policies and procedures
  • Generate creative solutions to workplace problems
  • A strong work ethic and go-getter attitude
  • Legal experience is a plus, but not required
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
