Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including policy interpretation, staffing, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR-related issues and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Assist with recruitment, staffing, and interviewing processes for managerial and professional positions.
- Participate in the administration of employee benefits, including insurance programs, financial planning, and retirement.
- Provide guidance and counsel to management and staff on employee benefits and compensation.
- Manage leave eligibility, extended leave cases, and recordkeeping.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and manage company communication tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a concentration on employee relations, benefits administration, conflict resolution, leave management, OSHA, and general HR management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment.
- SHRM certification preferred.
