About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Attorney to join our Healthcare Team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working on healthcare regulatory compliance and policy matters.

The successful candidate will provide counsel on healthcare compliance, fraud and abuse matters, and support cutting-edge transactions involving healthcare providers and manufacturers/distributors of FDA-regulated products.

This is a salaried position with a competitive annual salary range of $145,000 - $200,000, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and generous PTO policies.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and HIPAA
  • Experience working with government agencies, such as HHS OIG, state AG, and DOJ
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
