About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to join our team at Atlantic Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance and expert knowledge of SEC regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and reviewing sub-advisory agreements, prime brokerage agreements, service provider agreements, NDAs, and general business contracts.
  • Updating, monitoring, and revising offering materials and regulatory filings.
  • Supporting the Board of Directors and internal Committees.
  • Providing legal support and guidance to all departments at the fund.
  • Preparing responses to and reviewing requested Due Diligence Questionnaires.
  • Advising on general corporate matters.

Responsibilities Overview

  • Assisting with the implementation, review, and monitoring of various activities covered by the compliance policies and procedures.
  • Supporting additional compliance initiatives that may arise.
  • Working together with external compliance consultants.

The estimated salary for this position is $185,000 per year, based on industry standards and location in Austin, TX.
