Job Description

Fondomonte California LLC is a vertically integrated farming operation that includes growing, harvesting, and exporting forage products. We are seeking a motivated and skilled operator to join our team in Blyth, California.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including on-site medical clinic, dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, health savings account, life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, and 401(k) with an employer match of 50% up to 6%.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate small to medium farm machinery, 90 hp to 190hp such as rake, baler, forklift, and trucks.
  • Maintain and clean equipment such as fuel geese & twine machinery.
  • Carry out manual repetitive work assigned by the Line Manager.
  • Maintain and clean fields throughout the day.
  • Work side by side with Skilled Operator I and assist where needed, working together as a team.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Great listening, communication, and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
