Fondomonte California LLC is seeking a skilled Farm Machinery Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for operating farm machinery, maintaining and cleaning equipment, and working collaboratively with our team. With a strong attention to detail and accuracy, you will ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that all tasks are completed efficiently.

We offer an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including on-site medical clinic, dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, health savings account, life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, and 401(k) with an employer match of 50% up to 6%. We also provide paid time off and a positive, professional work environment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 months of experience in agricultural forage and will work in a fast-paced environment. You will display a positive and professional attitude toward peers and the leadership team, and you will be capable of working under pressure.
