We are seeking a motivated Forage Product Specialist to join our team at Fondomonte California LLC. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for operating farm machinery, maintaining and cleaning equipment, and working collaboratively with our team. With a strong attention to detail and accuracy, you will ensure that all bottle measurements are correct and that all associates have proper PPE and are using the correct tools.

Our company offers an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including on-site medical clinic, dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, health savings account, life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, and 401(k) with an employer match of 50% up to 6%. We also provide paid time off and a positive, professional work environment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 months of experience in agricultural forage and will work in a fast-paced environment. You will display a positive and professional attitude toward peers and the leadership team, and you will be capable of working under pressure.
