Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

TalentCount is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will collaborate closely with leadership and management teams to drive HR strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to mitigate risk and ensure compliance across all HR functions.
  • Analyze reports and data to provide actionable insights and recommendations on HR best practices and people management strategies.
  • Provide coaching and development for employees to help them align with organizational objectives and culture.
  • Design and deliver employee communications that drive change management and increase awareness of business purpose and goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop Quarterly Game Plans and Culture Success Roadmaps that support their long-term goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a business partner capacity.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is required if no degree.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects or teams of 7-15 people, meeting key objectives.
  • Proven success working in a consultative capacity with internal leaders or external clients.
  • Exceptional time management and technical proficiency with HR systems and tools.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day HR operations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Data-driven approach to HR, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and able to make sound judgments.
  • Growth-oriented, with the ability to adapt and continuously improve HR processes.
  • Comfortable providing strategic HR advice that balances risk and reward.
