One MID - 9am to 6pm, Wednesday through Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off.

One MID - 9am to 6pm, Saturday through Wednesday, with Thursday and Friday off.

Compensation: $16 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate delivery drivers and manage their schedules.
  • Assist clients and partners through phone and email communication.
  • Address concerns and handle complaints with professionalism.
  • Track delivery progress and ensure timely execution.
  • Input data and generate daily reports.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, ideally in a call center environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

What We Offer:

Weekly pay and a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment.

Compensation Details: $16.00 per hour
