About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Line Technician to join our team at MillerKnoll. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products and/or related parts in a manufacturing setting at a standard rate of work based on customer demand and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Follow standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
  • Cross-train in other departments to learn additional functions and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED) or relevant work experience.
  • Competent in basic math skills such as counting, adding, and subtracting.
  • Ability to work cooperatively within the team as well as with members of other teams to meet goals.
  • Demonstrated willingness to adapt to a continually changing environment.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift and move up to 40 lbs.
  • Required to communicate and to be able to see with or without correction.
