Maintenance Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and performing preventive maintenance on various types of machinery, including CNC machines, Hydro mat machines, screw machines, grinding machines, Fanuc robots, and assembly cell machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and perform preventive maintenance on machinery, including CNC machines, Hydro mat machines, and screw machines.
  • Perform manual machining and fabrication as needed, creating parts for fixtures on the CNC machines.
  • Occasionally, duties may involve operating the hi-lo and utilizing the overhead crane for machine relocation within the facility.
  • Must have own tools.

Requirements:

  • CNC machine repair experience.
  • Manual machining skills.
  • Fabrication skills.
  • Ability to operate hi-lo and overhead crane.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
