Key Responsibilities- Assemble products and/or related parts in a manufacturing setting at a standard rate of work based on customer demand and lean manufacturing principles.
- Follow standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
- Cross-train in other departments to learn additional functions.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant work experience.
- Competent in basic math skills such as counting, adding, and subtracting.
- Ability to work cooperatively within the team as well as with members of other teams to meet goals.
- Demonstrated willingness to adapt to a continually changing environment.
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift and move up to 40 lbs.
