Job Title: Process Quality Technician

Vericast is seeking a Process Quality Technician to join our team on 2nd shift. As a Process Quality Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the quality group and production teams in the production environment, utilizing troubleshooting techniques to solve quality-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform print, bindery, packaging, and mailroom audits and inspections as outlined in training materials.
  • Inspect problem runs, perform equipment quality tests, and evaluate and count spoilage.
  • Support production teams on quality questions and produce and process samples for QCS.
  • Conduct research and root cause analysis, and attend daily Team Business Meetings as the quality resource.
  • Research and identify late work, run ready to sort reports, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Good typing skills and experience with Harland Clarke processes and procedures.
  • Willingness to train and increase knowledge of quality duties, strong technical and computer knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
