Job Title: Senior Specialist

Forge Group, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the U.S. Army and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary:

The Senior Specialist will be responsible for developing an understanding of the product vision, refining and preparing user stories and associated documentation, validating the successful functionality implementation, and working closely with developers to answer questions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to refine user stories
  • Validate the implementation of user stories
  • Develop wireframes and mockups
  • Update business process models following BPMN best practices
  • Develop training materials and guides
  • Provide rapid support to development teams
  • Maintain Active Security Clearance
Requirements:
  • US Citizen
  • Five years of professional experience
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Expert understanding of SAFe concepts and methodology
  • Experience with Jira Software and AWS
  • Experience with GitLab
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience developing and managing a backlog
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAFe certification
  • Active Security Clearance
  • Comptia Security+ certification
  • Appian experience (or other low-code platform)
  • API experience
