We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Premium Operations to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our premium operations and ensuring that our high standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Lead a team of managers, supervisors, and hourly employees in all premium areas, including catering and events.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all operations comply with brand clarity statements and that quality show standards are maintained at all times.
- Financial Management: Control cost areas to assist the unit in meeting financial goals and achieve assigned delegated budget goals.
- Team Development: Effectively use all team training and development tools to build top-line sales and promote a cooperative work climate.
- Guest Experience: Maintain positive relationships with guests and obtain regular feedback to ensure that our high standards are consistently met.
- 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management is preferred
- High level of computer literacy
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
