About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Development Project Manager to join our team at STAND 8. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of site development, site acquisition, and customer implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Acquisition and Development: Partner with Real Estate Acquisition and Customer-aligned teams to identify strategic real estate candidates for new wireless infrastructure construction.
  • Vendor Management: Manage multiple site acquisition vendor relationships and contracts to ensure consistency, efficiency, and financial results.
  • Project Planning and Budgeting: Develop and maintain accurate project plans and budgets, coordinating with Sales, Contracts, and Legal teams as needed.
  • Site Development Services: Oversee preconstruction site development services from site identification through zoning approval for multiple projects.
  • Project Deployment and Coordination: Lead internal and customer deployment meetings, providing comprehensive job status reports and resolving conflicts or issues.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that all project documentation, including regulatory approvals, leases, and structural analyses, are maintained accurately.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide training and supervision for the Site Development team and internal functional groups.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in real estate site acquisition and zoning within the wireless industry, or five (5) years of related project management experience.
Other Skills and Abilities
  • Telecommunications and Wireless Project Management: Advanced knowledge of telecommunications/wireless project management, asset management, tower maintenance, and property management.
  • Site Acquisition Procedures: Proficiency in site acquisition procedures, including the regulatory and permitting process.
  • Problem-Solving and Customer Service: Ability to read and understand A&E drawings and financial metrics. Strong problem-solving approach with a customer service orientation.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: The base range for this contract position is $38 - $48 per hour, depending on experience.
