Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare payoff checks for both new acquisitions and trade-ins.
  • Process all retail transactions and generate Certificates of Origin.
  • Verify that all trade-in documentation is completed accurately.
  • Fulfill various reporting obligations, including schedule reconciliations.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Manage the registration process for vehicles in accordance with state regulations.
  • Prepare tax and title documentation efficiently.
  • Submit all necessary legal transfer documents to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
  • Maintain precise records of processed and pending titles.
  • Request duplicate titles and manage CVR processes.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
