Quality Control Manager Job Description

As a Quality Control Manager supporting our Federal Business Unit, you will oversee the implementation of the company quality assurance and quality control programs and serve as the functional leader of all quality control personnel. This role can be located anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation of quality assurance and quality control programs
  • Lead a team of quality control personnel
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement quality control plans
  • Conduct quality control audits and inspections
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years' experience in industry, with at least 5 years of US Department of Defense (DOD) quality control management experience (as a contractor)
  • USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management for Contractors training certification (preferred)
  • American Society for Quality (ASQ) certification as Quality Auditor or Manager of Quality/Organization Excellence (preferred)
