At Travel + Leisure Co., we're passionate about putting the world on vacation. As a Community Marketing Agent, you'll play a vital role in sharing our unique vacation ownership experience with the public. This sales-based role requires you to engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers, sharing information about our award-winning vacation clubs and inviting them to attend presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent our brand as a positive and professional ambassador, connecting with the public at outdoor or indoor kiosks and events.

  • Present and incentivize prospective customers to attend sales presentations, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

  • Stay up-to-date on marketing information, materials, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive sales and engagement.

  • Compensation is based on a combination of a small base salary, weekly commissions, and a monthly volume bonus, providing uncapped earning potential.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales and marketing experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills, as well as smart device familiarity.

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.

  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, with a high school diploma or equivalent required and a college degree preferred.
