Job Title: Assisted Living LPN

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team at East Ridge at Cutler Bay. As a Staff Nurse, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for Assisted Living residents
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse
  • Participate in resident care conferences and develop individualized care plans
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current license in the state of Florida
  • Current CPR certification
  • One year of Geriatric nursing experience
  • Charge nurse experience preferred
