Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert technical engineering services related to IT systems.
  • Provide IT technical assistance to ensure the successful execution of technology projects.
  • Oversee project milestones and maintain close communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive functional and technical documentation that aligns with system requirements.
  • Generate engineering deliverables, project plans, and monitor progress effectively.
  • Modify plans as necessary and proactively address any discrepancies.
  • Execute technology projects in accordance with established project disciplines.
  • Offer technical expertise throughout the lifecycle of technology projects.
  • Create and supply technical documentation for project management activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; a Bachelor's degree with four (4) years of relevant experience is also acceptable.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • At least five (5) years of Project Management experience within the Army or Department of Defense (DoD).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills with senior military officials, management, and team members.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the Federal Information Systems Modernization Act (FISMA).
Special Requirements/Security Clearance:
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance.
