Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team at Granite Foundation Repair. As a key member of our construction office, you will be responsible for managing our busy office, facilitating contract administration, and ensuring seamless communication with our customers and field supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage job schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Process invoices and collect payments from customers.
  • Obtain necessary permits and close them out in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database.
  • Communicate effectively with field supervision and customers via phone or online.
  • Notify customers of any delays in their scheduled time.
  • Perform administrative tasks to optimize office efficiency.
  • Resolve customer conflicts through clear communication and address all concerns promptly.
  • Report any service issues to the appropriate leader to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues at all times.
  • Adhere to all performance and ethics standards.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
