Job Title: Account Executive

At Targetbase, we're seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating agency resources to ensure that account needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate agency resources to ensure account needs are met
  • Act as the daily internal contact and ensure all projects are completed on time, on specification, within scope, and on budget
  • Develop and maintain proficiency with Targetbase tools and processes
  • Keep account team updated on the status of account activities and produce communication materials for internal and external teams
  • Coordinate with other team members to monitor ongoing progress, make adjustments when required, and provide updates
  • Act as internal contact for account needs and build and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's business and competitive environment
  • Oversee the accuracy and quality of agency product and assist with quality assurance
  • Track and reconcile costs posted to the billing system and handle revenue forecasting at the project level
  • Schedule and lead project status meetings and assist with building a positive culture
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a client service role in an agency/professional services firm
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Marketing, or Communications is preferred
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in the industry, general understanding of relational database technology and CRM principles/applications, and general understanding of the creative and production process
  • Strong client service orientation, effective problem-solving ability, and ability to write and communicate effectively
  • Strong organizational skills, demonstrated ability to multitask and set priorities, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to assist in the design of presentations
  • Proficient in MS Office
Working Conditions:
  • Overtime as necessary
  • Travel as necessary
