We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Analyst to join our team at McKesson. As a key member of our Provider Strategy team, you will play a critical role in supporting our go-to-market and growth initiatives.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct research and execute initiatives focused on understanding the needs of physicians and patients. You will work closely with business leaders to develop solutions that address these needs and support the businesses in pulling through the enterprise's broad strategy into the business unit's reality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing market trends reports and analysis to highlight changes in patient care and generating insights into how the business should respond to those trends
- Supporting the evaluation of new technologies, workflows, and organizational structures that can optimize care delivery for patients
- Coordinating with clinical leaders to translate strategic priorities into on-the-ground initiatives
- Liaising with the provider sales and account management organizations to identify, scope, and manage strategic projects end-to-end
- Facilitating the maintenance and development of sales and account management solutions, including dashboards, heatmaps, and market or specialty trends
As a Strategic Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from trends analysis to operational and macroeconomic pressures. You will also have the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in strategy or consulting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring structure to ill-defined problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop rapport and credibility across the organization
- Knowledge of financial modeling and experience with financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced data analytics and visualization applications
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $92,200 - $153,600, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
