About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team at Domino's Franchise. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are met.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge they need to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
