Job Description

At Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Co, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash Management Associate to join our team. As a Cash Management Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our commercial and municipal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of professional, technical, and general support to customers and Company personnel regarding cash management and banking services.
  • Communicate and interact with other departments and vendors for special projects and assist in resolving customer issues or problems.
  • Prepare and maintain cash management service agreements and facilitate process to set-up and train customers with cash management services.
  • Support and assist departmental team by performing administrative and clerical tasks including reviewing reports, preparing correspondence, answering internal and external customer calls, responding to Request for Proposals, and assisting with special projects.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in related field preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of cash management services preferred.
  • Strong customer service, problem solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects, meet deadlines, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborally in a team environment.
  • Solid verbal and written communications skills; comfortable communicating with customers, co-workers, and member of management.
