Main Responsibilities:

Core Job Function

Performs all designated tasks safely, in compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and contamination control standards, policies, and regulations. Utilizes appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.

Completes necessary training and tasks within the apprenticeship program successfully.

Maintains a basic toolkit as specified by the Apprenticeship Program to troubleshoot, disassemble, and reassemble machinery components according to manufacturer specifications.

Engages in fundamental equipment repair activities, including maintenance, diagnostics, and part replacement, with guidance from a designated mentor when necessary.

Operates in the assigned area under the close supervision of a qualified technician, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance work methods, workspace organization, and safety protocols.

Documents all required information using suitable software to record repairs conducted on equipment and track repair durations. Submits necessary apprenticeship documentation to the mentor and supervisor as mandated by the program.

Maintains a positive work attitude and exhibits behavior that supports team dynamics. Contributes to team objectives by completing tasks punctually while upholding safety and quality standards.

Assists in facility upkeep by adhering to proper contamination control procedures, including housekeeping, and undertaking other general maintenance responsibilities.

Performs additional tasks as assigned.
