Position Summary: The Administrative and Technology Support Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating the operations of the Office of Open Learning. This full-time position is responsible for managing digital platforms and ensuring the smooth execution of educational events. Key responsibilities include the organization of events, social media management, technical support for virtual classes, and providing excellent customer service to both students and instructors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Management: Oversee the entry and management of events and classes across various digital platforms, including Event Brite, WordPress, and social media channels.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide comprehensive technical support for webinars and virtual meetings, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver prompt and effective customer service through various communication methods, acting as a liaison between participants and management.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update program registration spreadsheets, ensuring accurate enrollment data is recorded and reported.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
