Job Overview:

In this critical role, you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive occupancy growth and increase property income. You will also leverage your sales and leasing expertise to maximize rental income and minimize vacancies, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of community performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive occupancy growth and increase property income.
  • Leverage sales and leasing expertise to maximize rental income and minimize vacancies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify opportunities for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Cultivate relationships with residents, vendors, and partners to promote a positive resident experience and drive business results.
  • Represent Gia Capital in a professional manner, adhering to our brand standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property management, with a strong background in marketing and leasing.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required; proficiency in other languages a plus.
  • Familiarity with Appfolio and other industry-specific software preferred.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
