Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Implement nursing interventions based on theoretical concepts from nursing and other arts and sciences.
- Supervise and direct care provided by Licensed Practical Nurses and Unlicensed Assistive Personnel.
- Assign and delegate care to other qualified members of the healthcare team.
- Coordinate care between professional disciplines as needed.
- Current RN license in the State of Florida.
- BSN and professional nursing board certification preferred at time of hire.
- Ability to work variable shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
