Endoscopy Technician

We are seeking a skilled Endoscopy Technician to join our team at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare the room and equipment for endoscopic procedures, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Clean and sterilize equipment after procedures, maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Assist the Endoscopic Specialist in communicating with the Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of necessary supplies.
- Serve as a patient advocate, protecting confidential information and ensuring patient rights are respected.
- Perform administrative duties, including meeting with patients to review forms and collect biopsy specimens.
- BLS – AHA Healthcare Provider certification required.
- Experience in an ambulatory surgery center or similar setting preferred.
