Endoscopy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Endoscopy Technician to join our team at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital. As an Endoscopy Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our endoscopy procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the room and equipment for each procedure, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.
- Assist the Endoscopic Specialist in communicating with the Supply Chain to meet the needs of each case.
- Provide exceptional patient care by maintaining a clean and sterile environment throughout the procedure.
- Collect biopsy specimens and keep the field sterile as part of your duties in the room.
- Clean and sterilize the room and equipment after each procedure.
Requirements:
- High School or equivalency required
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program preferred
- One year acute care experience; preferably in an ambulatory surgery center
- BLS – AHA Healthcare Provider required
