Job Title: Training & Design Specialist

At Maui Jim, we're seeking a highly skilled Training & Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing training programs that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for our global sales ambassadors and retail partners, ensuring consistency in delivery and format.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate their expertise into impactful learning experiences.
  • Develop and maintain visually appealing presentations, handouts, and digital assets to support training initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on data and feedback.
  • Manage multiple training initiatives, including project plans, vendor management, and training resources.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of training and development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the eyewear industry.
  • Proficiency with Articulate, Canva, Camtasia, podcasts, and video editing software.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD certifications).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
