Job Title: Grants Program Manager

GoTriangle is seeking a highly skilled Grants Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our grant program, including researching, applying for, administering, and reporting on federal, state, and local grants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grant Research and Writing: Identify, research, and evaluate grant opportunities that align with our priorities and projects. Prepare and submit grant applications, ensuring all necessary documentation, budgets, and narratives are accurate and complete.
  • Grant Administration: Administer awarded grants, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including reporting and financial tracking.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and develop grant proposals that reflect project goals and needs. Monitor grant performance and ensure timely reporting to funding agencies.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with grantors and funding agencies, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and audits.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant writing, grant management, or a related field, with experience in a transit agency, similar government organization, or consulting firm preferred.
  • Certifications: Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS) or similar credential preferred.
Working Conditions:

Works in an environment where there is minimum exposure to dust, noise, or temperature. Work is normally performed in a typical interior office work environment.
