We are seeking a skilled Clinic Assistant PRN to join our team at MSO North TX Heart Ctr MCE. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and communicate with patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform various administrative duties, including scheduling appointments and verifying patient information
- Assist clinical staff with non-clinical tasks, such as preparing exam rooms and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Collect co-payments and personal balances from patients
- Escorts patients to exam rooms and takes patient weights
- Prepares exam rooms with necessary equipment and supplies
- Adheres to infection control policies and procedures
- No education requirements
- No experience required
- No certifications or licenses required
