Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled Roofing Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Miami and contribute to the expansion of our roofing services division.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of sales representatives, providing mentorship, guidance, and training to help them achieve their sales objectives.
  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue and market share in the roofing services sector.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with key figures in the roofing industry, property managers, and building owners.
  4. Set and monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the roofing industry, boasting a successful track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong leadership qualities and a talent for team management, with the capacity to inspire and guide a sales team toward success.
  • Profound knowledge of roofing systems, repairs, coatings, and preventative maintenance practices.
  • Outstanding skills in customer relationship management, grounded in a customer-focused approach to sales.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate technical information clearly and comprehensibly.
