Job Summary:

NetApp in Wichita, Kansas, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to oversee production activities and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field and three years of experience in manufacturing operations, business process modeling, and ISO 9001.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development, maintenance, and improvement of manufacturing processes, engineering services, and procedures.
  • Lead manufacturing engineers and product design support personnel.
  • Provide solutions to manufacturing problems and deficiencies.
  • Manage process performance data to identify and determine manufacturing process improvements.
  • Apply knowledge of ISO 9001 standards for quality control and management.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in manufacturing operations, business process modeling, and ISO 9001.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time domestically and internationally.
