Requirements:

  • More than 2 years of experience in a business analysis or related role
  • Deep understanding of the Consumer Lending industry and experience working with marketing projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and SMART decomposition
  • Nice to have: SQL skills, experience with systems that do email marketing/text marketing, mobile development experience
