We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Licensed Nursing Aides at Crescent Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bennington, VT.   • Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $60,000 per year (based on location and experience)
  • Duties:
  1. Assist residents with daily hygiene and activities
  2. Change bed linens and maintain a clean and safe environment
  3. Support residents in preparing for activity and social programs
  4. Answer calls for assistance promptly and respond to emergencies
  5. Monitor residents closely and report any concerns or changes in condition to the nurse
  6. Complete medical records and documentation accurately and efficiently
  7. Communicate effectively with patients', residents' family members, or friends as required
  8. Maintain flexibility with work schedule to address unpredictable needs
