The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in front office support, customer service, or a related field.

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to our practice while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient information, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families
  • Manage patient information and maintain accurate records
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow
  • Handle correspondence and respond to patient inquiries
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Two (2) Years of Experience in Front Office Support, Customer Service, or Related Field Required
  • Prior Experience in Healthcare Preferred
  • Must Possess Medical Terminology Knowledge
